Rays aren't trading their top two starting pitching prospects for 2 relievers. Sorry. Rays are overflowing with position players though. Swap one or both of Monty/Wilcox for a position player and maybe a deal can be reached. I'd love to see the Rays acquire Barlow/Staumont and Hernandez.
