In the unlikely event that Cleveland is willing to put the Comp A on the block to add a SP.
I know this might sound a bit off the wall, but I think they expect Walters to be in the backend of the BP by 2025 and it could happen this season much in the same way Cody Allen jetted through the minors. If SP is a need then Clase could be available and he'll garner the Guardians a lot more than Blackburn. Blackburn is a solid BOR SP though and I think his value here is a bit low so your offer is fair, but like you mentioned unlikely to happen.
They started Walters in AA, so if he can show a consistent 2nd pitch I don't see why he couldn't be up before the end of this season.
