1The Rays need a RH OF. Brenton Doyle is a tremendous buy-low candidate after a disastrous 150 PA. His xWOBA, xBA, and xSLG are basically exactly the same as they were last year. He's still a league average bat with elite defense in CF. Simpson, JLowe, and Misner are making up a nice OF, but I'd rather mix in a RH bat and have Misner more in a 4th OF role than a starting role. Their usual strong bullpen has had too many blown games this year, and they need another high leverage arm, because Uceta sucks, Montgomery isn't there yet, and Clevinger and Fairbanks are traded if we don't turn this season around. The Rockies don't need an old reliever and a veteran CF. They get a former top 50 prospect, last year's 2nd rounder, and one of the Rays best pitching prospects.
