1Cubs prove they're all in by getting a legit, proven closer. Guardians get one of the best bats in the minors, who recently made his MLB debut at 21, but quickly got optioned back when Ian Happ got off the IL. Wicks would be an excellent replacement for Luis Ortiz, as a bottom of rotation starter with a good amount of upside. Angel Cepeda is a good lottery ticket add as a 19-year-old in A-ball.
