Jose Ramirez isnt available, not an opinion but a literal fact. Even if he was Cleveland doesn't need starting pitching. Cleveland's starting rotation is being historically good in September, going into the playoffs... Their hitting hasn't been good, just doing enough to win. They have to add to Ramirez in the lineup. They cannot win without him.
