3Kyle Tucker (who was ranked in the top 10 of all prospects by MLB Pipeline just before graduating late this year) and a good pitching prospect at the A+ level for Andrew Vaughn (who ranks 21st among all prospects I believe by MLB Pipeline) plus an established southpaw reliever. Tucker would fill the White Sox needs at right field and they add prospect depth. The Astros would receive a decent southpaw reliever which they haven't had for quite some time and a replacement for Yuli Gurriel when he leaves for free agency after the 2020 season. The Astros, barring a trade, wouldn't even need Tucker for the 2020 season with their amazing outfield.
It’s not a bad idea, but why include Fry while sending nothing back to Chicago? Tucker and Vaughn are valued fairly equally already.
Great question. The Astros have been firm about holding onto Tucker over the past two or three years, so I believe an overpay is what it would take to acquire him.
