Rays aren't going to be interested in reducing the trade return for Yandy by including 2 negative contracts. I also can't see them trading Yandy (ie: their best bat) for the principal return of 1 year of Burnes.
I don't see any way the Rays would want a rental that they have no hope of re-signing. They already have Glasnow with a huge contract and he too is probably gone afteer 2024.
