Buster Only reporting M's have interest in Canha. Mets add some cash and bring back a fairly ready MLB prospect (#14 in MLB rankings for M's) and add depth to a weak OF prospect pipeline.

If the Mariners like Canha, why not, unless the Mets are looking for a different positional return

I tried to go through their MLB prospect rankings and fine a decent fit. I think right now pitching and OF help are two areas that need considerable help with depth for the Mets. Also didnt want to include a player to far down in the minors.
