If it’s less than 50% I think it would be prudent to capitalize on a great market for pitching and roll the dice with the rest of the staff.

I don't think the Rays will trade Wilcox for a rental. In fact, I think the Rays will do all they can to trade position players for any pitching they add at the Deadline.
