2I think Bednar may be part of the Pirates plan to compete in the next few years, so I don't think they'll wind up trading him. However, if they do wind up trading him, this would be a very good return. Bednar is an elite closer and would immediately help the Dodgers.
Pirates very close to slipping out of contention and weren't really expecting to compete quite yet anyway. Bednar arb-eligible this upcoming offseason and will command at least $3M -- if not more. His value is at an all-time high. The Dodgers' high-leverage options have been erratic all season and Bednar would give them a bona fide top five closer. Busch has been blocked for a few years but would have an immediate path to playing time in Pittsburgh at DH/1B with only Santana (and Choi) competing for reps the remainder of this season. First base could be his alone next season (with Henry Davis potentially mixing in as well). Nastrini is behind Sheehan, Miller, and Stone in the LAD pecking order but would have a near-immediate rotation opportunity in Pittsburgh.
