Down vote for Oakland. The A's aren't trading for two players with significantly less team control than the players they'd be giving up. German isn't much different from what Oakland already has in their rotation. Torres hasn't been the same since 2019 and Oakland shouldn't pay him $10 MM on the chance he might recapture that form.
