guardians do whatever they can not to include espino. feel like the a's would want freeman, but i couldn't make it work while also making it an arm, infielder and outfielder

I don't think the Guardians will deal both Rocchio and Valera, especially in the same trade. Maybe I'm wrong but I do think that a higher quality arm and lesser MIF is more likely

you're probably right. both is a little rich

The A's aren't going to want Freeman because they have Zack Gelof in AAA, who is probably ready to take over 2B by midseason. And I hope the A's avoid spending so much trade capital on a pitcher you sat out the last 5 months of the 2022 season. I think Valera should be an Oakland No as well.

This is what the deal would look like if it were to happen. I don't believe that it will happen because Cleveland likes Naylor. I don't believe Cleveland is calling Oakland anymore after trying this past season. I think Oakland held onto its cards and now regrets it since no other team offered them what they wanted either and is now trying to renegotiate a deal. If anything can be said about Cleveland's FO, it that they have a value in mind and don't budge from it. I don't know if that is good or bad, but that is the reality.
