3 team trades are hard lmao. This is the best I could come up with that satisfy needs for both Atlanta and TB while giving the Twins the right type of prospects they are looking for in return. Went with the Braves as the third team since they have a need in CF w/ Pache's struggles and the Yankees and Red Sox likely won't do an intradivision trade with the Rays. Astros and Brewers were also considered but I don't think they have the right types/enough prospects to entice the Twins to trade them Buxton given their already crowded outfield.

Rays aren't going to sell out to replace Glas, which means they aren't going to trade 3 potential SPs to get Berrios. Rays don't need or want Heredia, who was a Ray for several years before being upgraded, and they never trade for cash. Prospects are far more important to the Rays than the average team. If the Rays move KK, they can afford Cruz no problem.

But can they afford Cruz AND Berrios? I tried to rework it with less cash and lesser prospects to try to even it out more. But Cruz makes 14M and Berrios makes 6M so that's why I originally included 5M even factoring in the KK dump. I resubmitted a different one with 2 lesser prospects instead of Bitsko and no Heredia and less cash. Let me know if that one works better or if you still think it is too much.

From the Braves standpoint, they might do this. It depends on how they see Pache developing in the future. In his brief tryout in Atlanta this year, before he got hurt, he was the quintessential great-glove, no-bat center fielder. He has, however, hit in AAA since being sent down. If the Braves were to get Buxton, they'd probably plan on him being the left fielder of the future, with the assumption that the NL will get the DH in the new CBA, and Ozuna will move there (if he's not in jail).

I figure Buxton has a better chance of signing long term with the home town Braves and if he doesn't they still have Waters as a back up plan at CF. I reworked it with a couple of lesser prospects than Bitsko and without as much cash or Heredia for the Rays fan. Not sure if that offsets it enough in his mind but I figured I'd try to get something a little closer to even.
