3I think the A's would move Luzardo before Puk, since Luzardo can't seem to stay healthy. I do like the idea of acquiring Merrifield during the A's contention window of the next several years. He solved the hole currently at 2B and can play all over the diamond.

I can see a case for this. On a nitpicky note, the A's probably don't need Maldonado.
With Herrman off the DL, no the A's don't need Maldonado. He is great at calling a game and I'd feel more comfortable with him in the playoffs than Phegley.
