1Allan has a single season to prove he's recovered from TJS before being vulnerable to Rule 5 and hasn't thrown a pitch in a game since he got hurt. This for 4 players off the A's roster? Feels to me more like there's no faith in him and trying to desperately get something/anything back on the $2.5M draft cost.
