Cleveland would for sure say no... They need way more back than Frasso and DeLuca (who they would probably like).
Easy no for Cleveland. If you want Bieber and Quantrill then it will take a helluva lot more than this offer. You're looking at Ryan, Knack, DeLuca and another good prospect for those 2 to even get the talks started.
