LOL... If the Rays were willing to spend $20MM, they would just keep Glasnow until the Deadline to see if they have a legit team. Remember, the QO draft pick the Rays get for Glasnow is a 1st rounder. The salary cost is the only thing driving them to trade Glasnow.
