2Rays get a good haul of minor leaguers to fill holes on the roster in exchange for Glasnow, Arizona gets a great number 3 (or 2) to pair with Gallen and Kelly, as well as a contact-first prospect which fits their lineup, and Colorado gets rid of excess prospects in exchange for a major league ready outfielder to fill a hole.
I think this works for the Rays, but god would I love a better hitting catcher than Romo. Unfortunately, he's exactly what the Rays love at catcher (all glove barely there bat).
