1The reds give up India to clear out the infield by sending him to Seattle-a familiar trade partner, where he is needed for their lineup. Hancock isn’t particularly needed in Seattle. Berroa may be a little harder to give up given how fast his fastball can go, but is necessary to land India. The reds need starting pitching and have shown how willing they are to get young, controllable arms, which applies to both.
