Obviously the value exchange is fair, but why would Cleveland do this? There is no benefit other than dumping Bieber's salary and that's not the goal in dealing him. So it's either an overpay or they hang onto him.....right? Povich isn't much of a prospect and I'd prefer sending Bieber to the Dodgers for Ryan or the Giants for Black. Both teams would probably make that deal I'd guess.
