2Personally I'd rather have Bliss over Arroyo but either way that's too good of deal for the Rays to say no to I think.
As a Rays fan, I have to agree with CCMosley that Arroyo doesn't move the needle at all. Rays have sooo many players with his skill set but who are better prospects. Now, swap him for Celesten and I think the Rays are willing to trade their best bat.
