It's going to be interesting to see what the Rays can get for Aroz and Glasnow in the real world trade market. BTV keeps lowering their trade values, while increasing the trade values of players the Rays are likely to be targeting, in some cases by quite a lot. If that's how the real world judges these players, then I'm not sure what the Rays are going to do. I don't see the Rays doing a package deal to get the player they want in return, nor do I see the Rays just giving away Glasnow (which if the trend continues will be all Glas is worth on BTV). As for this trade, the Rays aren't going to package up Glas and Aroz in a single trade, and if the BTV values are correct, I don't think they'll have any interest in adding far off prospects like Gonzalez (at a 1:1 value to Glasnow), or guys struggling to break into the majors like Canzone who have limited upside (especially with a trade value surprisingly worth 1/2 what L.Raley is now said to be worth (Raley is another guy whose trade value has plummeted in the past 2 weeks)). If Woo hasn't been priced out of the Rays comfort zone, then maybe a trade of Aroz for Woo and uber toolsy Celesten would work. Rays are going to want high upside in the secondary piece if they're getting so little return for their guys. Of course it takes two to tango and the Mariners may not play ball. Where that leaves the Rays I couldn't say...
