1Baltimore gets the pitching help they need while Cleveland gets the RHH OF that they have been looking for in Hays. Fabian is still raw but has a plus power tool and should be ready to arrive in the majors by the time Hays becomes a free agent. Trading Hays would free up playing time for Cowser.
