1All Giants' fans wish. Cleveland on the other hand is hanging the phone up with the other hand flashing the middle finger. Roupp's value will continue to lower as he moves up because he doesn't have the FB to get by hitters and more advanced hitters will hit his breaking ball more frequently. Cleveland has no less than 8 SP prospects that are better.
