Mariners mainly need OF help with impact. That’s what Duran , and Abreu give. They get the #6 prospect on Soxprospects Nick York very solid second baseman. The other two are pitchers Where Houck could immediately start and Winckowski could slot into the back end of their pen or ramp up to being a starter if needed. George Kirby has 4 years of control in his prime years and would give Boston a much needed 1 or 2 pitcher.

Given this package, I do not think that Seattle answers the phone. They do not need Winc or Houck. Yorke is overrated. The Red Sox needed a secondbaseman LY, if he is so solid why was he not in the lineup. Duran is at best a 4th outfielder.
