2Milwaukee wouldn't even give this a second thought before refusing. They are loaded with outfielders and don't want any more. Here they get two. They don't want teenagers in a big trade, and here they get three. Just a very bad trade for the Brewers.
This makes no sense for the Brewers who are looking for pitching when they trade Burnes. Here they get 4 maybes and an OF they don't want.
