2I think that Cleveland would try Rocchio and others before trading for another middle infielder and lessening their value.
Guardians' fan here and I have no idea why the Angels would do this. I wouldn't if I were them. Ward is a better fit in Cleveland and the Angels are certain to be more willing to deal him than Neto.
