2Miami needs to improve a few areas, including their outfield. Randy provides an above average outfielder who brings remarkable consistency to the tune of about 125 wRC+ and 3.0 fWAR year after year. The cost to acquire him is a struggling pitcher in the Majors, a young, high upside pitcher returning from TJS, and a Comp B Pick. It's a pricey trade, but the Marlins have pitching to move. What they don't have is a dependable above average outfielder like Aroz.
