From Cleveland's side, you would be blocked if you offered this... Davis is done as a prospect and Cleveland will only trade Clase plus Bieber for 70 value... This isnt even close...
Mandy Bell, Cleveland's bet writer for MLB gives the odds of a Clase trade at 15%. They would be looking for offense to add to their MLB team. I agree that this is an insulting offer that would get the Cubs number blocked.
