1Rays swap Aroz for a SP and a high upside SS prospect. With Franco looking like he'll be out of baseball forever by the end of the year, the Rays need to start stockpiling high upside SS prospects in case C.Williams doesn't work out (and Williams is a year away anyway). Woo obviously provides the Rays with another quality AAA/MLB arm to start the season. For the Mariners, they need a COF and Aroz is one of the best available via trade (and a lot better than anything free agency has to offer, including Bellinger).
