White sox clear cap, replace Cease with top pitching prospect who's cheap, top OF Prospect (or could swap for jonathan clase) and get Ty France at 1st. Mariners take on Moncada's shit salary, get Cease to replace Bryce for a year, and Andrew Vaughn to play 1st.
