I imagine Garcia gets released since the Dodgers need to make room for Teoscar Hernandez. Will the Marlins believe in Vargas and Busch enough? They might want a more advanced arm than Bruns but I wanted to keep the return 40 man neutral.

Marlins attach Garcia to Luzardo? Fun to speculate but I don’t see it.
The Marlins might not be Oakland cheap but they tend to run payroll in the bottom third... and Garcia's contract is an anchor.
