4Deal is nearly cash-neutral ($250k difference). Angels get a veteran catcher to back-up O’Hoppe. Anderson gives the twins a much-needed LH starter and an innings eater.
If Anderson actually averages innings is the question. He averaged 5.28 innings per start this season.
MLB average is 5.2 innings per start. Regardless, he’s managed to throw ~500 innings over the past 3 seasons.
