1I don't think there is any chance the Rays trade $60MM in trade capital for 1 pitcher. To my knowledge they've never done anything remotely close to that. Plus, with everything else going on with the Rays in 2024 (3 top SPs on IL and 6-10 Win SS Wander Franco probably missing the season), 2024 is not the season to push all the chips in. Rays say no.
