Trade 2 of 2... Cleveland in the first deal moved Bieber for Norby and Haskins... This deal Rocchio and Straw get moved for Cabrera, Garcia, a prospect (Alderman) plus some cash...
Count me out of this one. I'd rather they just sign Soler and I'm not sure I even want them to do that. I have no real interest in Norby or Haskins as they are just more of the same and I surely don't want the responsibility of Garcia. I'd rather give Rodriguez and legit opportunity to show his potential at this point. I don't want to take away reps from Florial either. DeLauter will need a spot when he's ready. What are they going to do with Brito who I think is every bit the hitter that Norby is. Unless you're acquiring a sure fire slugger then there is no reason to block the guys already in the system about ready to graduate to Cleveland IMO.
