Eflin going nowhere before the Deadline (at the earliest).
The player wanted is Elfin,there you pay more to get him not less.
I think you have to take these valuations with some what a grain of salt, Jose Corneill is only valued at a 1 on here and he may start a few games for this year for the Rangers, for an injury prone pitcher TB would be getting 4 top 20 prospects and a catcher, I'm not saying it would be the best offer TB would get but it would be a fair trade to me.
