I think the Rays would want a better secondary piece, but I like the proposal otherwise.

Yea I thought this was good counter proposal to an earlier trade, since the Jones-Rock trade I've been looking at some lower ranking prospects with stuff cause TB just has a way of polishing tools into talent, even though it's only 1 start its amazing what they can do with a guy like Rock yet they haven't done as well with the pitchers they draft.
