4Blackburn is hurt... Not sure how that will effect him... I doubt Brennan is available for a DH only type of bat with way less team control...
Down vote for Oakland. I'm just not sure Arias is going to hit enough to stick at 3B. I like Brennan but he offers less impact than Rooker; he might be just good enough to hold the fort for a while. I like Clemmey but he's far away.
The Cleveland FO would jump at the chance to swap Brennan for Rooker.
Rooker is a DH... He's an absolutely terrible OF, plus he's been extremely streaky in his career to this point... Last season 20 HRs between 46 games... The other 10 in 91 games... I just don't see Cleveland's FO matching the A's price for him personally...
