I sincerely feel like Cleveland would say no... They aren't touching anyone who is a mainstay in that bullpen right now...

That's a fair assessment, but Cleveland's FO does things a certain way and the sites they use here actually are notoriously bad at evaluating Cleveland's prospects... Tena, Valera and Halpin could be had in a deal, but they are so high on Gaddis that it's extremely unlikely they will have him available in any deal... Aka none of the guys in return have long term control... Cleveland is the type if they did a deal like this, Garcia would be switched out with a solid pitching prospect. Cleveland is gonna be extra bullish with the price on Gaddis and the demand back for him... (Trust me the FO has a good track record, but sometimes they are way too bullish on guys with long term control. They only traded Meija for Hand because they didn't like his attitude plus needed a veteran closer...) Plus I have liked deals, just not very many, cause of how Cleveland likes to do things
