1The Brewers need pitching and the Rays have pitching. Civale is the worst of the three pitchers they'll likely make available at the Deadline, but unless the Brewers are willing to make available a young major league outfielder, I don't think the Brewers' system is good enough to get Eflin or Littell without parting with an unacceptably high number of prospects. I'm not particularly high on Mitchell, but he does strike me as a Rays' kind of player.
