None of the Cowser-led proposals are going to work for the A's. He's really struggled to hit since April, with a lot of K's and a clear platoon split highlighting issues that have been part of his profile for a while. I think his BTV will be a lot less when the Orioles get serious about the Trade Deadline. I think Kjerstad has to be the centerpiece to have a chance at building a deal.
