I can’t see the Rays trading anyone with surplus value to a team that requires them to include cash. If Minny is so tight on cash, then just take them off the board. As for the return, I can’t see the Rays wanting either of these players. Henriques is a low ceiling SP who might get bumped to the Pen. Miranda plays positions that the Rays have wayyyyy covered.
