Hate to break up the love fest, but this is a big no for Cubs. Steele is a premier lefty and grossly undervalued, imo, by this website.

If the Cubs are allowed a say, it ain't gonna happen. No way they give up Steele for Rushing straight up. The trade you like best is very interesting. I guess it might depend on how much Friedman likes Mayer. The Sox would certainly be happy and the Marlins might be satisfied as well. I don't know too much about Cespedes but his numbers look nice. Should I assume from your front office answer that someone close to you actually does work in MLB in some capacity (and I don't mean as an usher at Fenway)?

I hadn't heard of it, but just googled it. Sounds like a great program. I never had the skills to even think about an MLB career as a ballplayer but in my dreams, I always thought about a front office job. Never pursued it though. If you're in the program, best of luck to you. When you get named to a GM job in a few years, I can say "I knew you when."
