Rays will definitely trade Littell this Winter, are 50-50 to trade Fairbanks, and I think very unlikely to trade Ras. They won’t have any interest in trading for existing ML pitchers though. Rays have 7 good and experienced SP, plus several AAA arms ready for promotion. Rays say no to this trade.
