As soon as I saw Cooper Ingle, it's a no go from Cleveland's side... They literally cannot afford to trade Huff, Ingle or Cozart right now... Heck they actually need to trade for catching... I think Cleveland will go after Lowe... Ingle isn't available and Rays wouldn't trade for Morgan.
