2Cleveland is a team built around pitching so more pitching does not fit their needs in any Bieber trade. One starting pitcher in the package - of course. Second, Rushing is not a Cleveland type of catcher. Third, Cleveland's bullpen is already strong. More of the same and nothing here addresses Cleveland's weaknesses. The Guardians easily say no.
Use Pepiot, Stone, Vargas, and Pages instead.
