6Houck is basically un tradable given that he Injured a disc on August 2, 2022 and missed the remainder of the season and then Underwent lumbar discectomy surgery in September. I doubt the Marlins (or any team) are interested
i like this trade but hate giving up houck, but if a team sees him as a starter he will be extremely valuable to them and not as much to us. great trade even though lopez seems to be trending down.
Medical exams and physicals go a long way. Every report I read said ready for Spring training and full recovery.
He will have to pitch in games & prove himself healthy before he would be considered to trade for by any team. And then if he is healthy & pitching well the Red Sox won’t move him.
completely disagree, if he comes back healthy the red sox will move him if another team sees him as a starter. they currently don't see him as a starter making him way more valuable to another team than to us. The red sox need starting pitching if he can be used to get that he will be.
Lol.
