This is a deal Cleveland would definitely say no on... Hoerner hit 7 HRs last season... They aren't trading a legit bullpen arm plus some for a guy that doesn't actually improve the position from last season... Hoerner is a solid player, but without any power, Cleveland isn't going to even think about Smith in a deal...
