Apparently the Phillies need some bullpen help, and I could see the Rays trading them either Fairbanks or Cleavinger; however, I doubt Seth Johnson would be part of the return. The Rays drafted him and later traded him to Baltimore, and it would be unusual for the Rays to want to reacquire a prospect they traded away.

Yeah, I was thinking that. But now the expectation for him is to be a decent bullpen arm with upside. Which I think is a more realistic expectation this time around
