2I don't think TB would have interest in Assad but I'm sure they would Triantos, personally idk how available Rasmussen is cause they did sign him to extention this offseason, I would think Fairbanks is very available but I don't see this as a good trade for TB.
As a Rays fan, I think this trade is a hard pass. Triantos is bad in the field and hasn’t hit .800 OPS since rookie ball. I don’t know what the Rays would do with him, other than have him provide depth. Assad doesn’t make sense as a return piece, as the Rays are very unlikely to trade Ras until McClanny returns. Plus, they have Boyle in AAA and he’s ready to return to the Show.
